Orders & Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free worldwide with tracking. No minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 7–12 business days; Canada, UK and Australia 8–15; GCC and rest of world 10–20. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You receive it by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement.

My order arrived in more than one package. Is that normal?
Yes. Items may ship from different fulfillment centers to reach you faster.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email landfzellc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund. No return needed.

Can I return an item I opened?
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy.

How do I choose my brow pencil shade?
Match your brow hair, not your head hair. If you are between two shades, choose the lighter one. Read our brow shade guide.

How long do DIY cluster lashes last?
With bond and seal, typically 3–7 days. Oil-based skincare near the lash line shortens wear time. See our cluster lash guide.

Can I reuse cluster lashes?
Yes, if removed gently with an oil-based cleanser and stored flat in their tray.

Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for any tint, adhesive or new product used near the eyes. Apply a small amount behind your ear and wait 24 hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, plus debit and credit cards through PayPal checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never see your full card details.
